This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through The Guard website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions described in this policy.

All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging (where applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
  • Downloadable or digital products (if applicable)
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items not in original condition for reasons not due to our error

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing period (typically 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank, as posting delays may occur

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Items purchased on sale or using discount codes may be final sale unless otherwise stated.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at the email below and we will provide instructions for return and replacement.


8. Returns Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at the email below with your order details
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship your item to the return address provided

Do not send items back without prior approval.


9. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


11. Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we may offer store credit for the value of the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
